PSOF Foundations · Educator Pathway

Train your eye for the signals that change a child's file.

The Pediatric Sensorimotor Observation Framework is a clinically validated method for observing neurodevelopmental signals inside an ordinary classroom day. Begin with the Vestibular domain. Earn certification. Carry the discipline into your next MTSS conversation.

Foundations

Steps 1–4 establish the framework, the four signals, and the resource-allocation mechanism.

Calibration

Step 5 is the IRB-validated assessment. Steps 6–8 translate the result into classroom practice.

Reflection & Certification

Steps 9–10 anchor the discipline to one real student, then issue your credential. ~72 min total.

The Premise

“Academic readiness is neurologic before it is academic.

Dr. C. Robert Luckey, DC · Principal Investigator · PSOF · IRB Protocol v3.1

Most districts ask the wrong first question. Not which intervention to apply, but whether the student's neurologic system is ready to receive one. PSOF is the observational discipline, and the governance infrastructure, that makes that question answerable, at the district level, by the teachers who are already in the room.

Beyond observer certification

Phased certification pathway

Phase 1 trains what to see. Phase 2 trains what to do with what you see, inside a structured MTSS process. Phase 3 trains the coordinator who runs it.

Phase 2A

Co-Pilot Contributor

Locked

Contribute calibrated observation data to a PSOF-governed MTSS meeting using the seven-step Co-Pilot facilitation surface.

Earn at least one Phase 1 certification to unlock.

Phase 3

MTSS Coordinator

Coming soon

Train the coordinator who facilitates all seven Co-Pilot steps, manages competing voices, and writes the immutable Coordination Context.

A note on pace

“Walking the ten steps thoroughly, not quickly, is what produces the observational discipline that changes a child's file.”

This platform is not a course you finish. It is a discipline you build.
