Phase 2A · Co-Pilot Contributor
Contributing to the MTSS Meeting Co-Pilot
You have learned to observe. Now learn what to do with what you see, inside a structured meeting that depends on your discipline to function.

Learning Objectives, Co-Pilot Contributor
This module prepares a calibrated PSOF observer to contribute observation data inside a structured MTSS Co-Pilot meeting. Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the seven-step Co-Pilot facilitation surface and identify the three steps (2, 4, 5) where calibrated observation data enters the clinical pipeline.
- Differentiate calibrated contributions from interpretive contributions in three live meeting scenes representative of MTSS team deliberation.
- Apply the Observation–Reasoning–Action doctrine inside a live meeting by holding the boundary against domain labeling, frequency inflation, and unilateral prescription.
- Recognize the three boundary crossings that compromise meeting integrity and select calibrated contributions in their place.
- Demonstrate calibrated decision-making across three meeting vignettes of escalating complexity and meet the certification threshold.

- 1
Stage 1, What the Co-Pilot Is and What It Is Not
~6 minThe seven-step facilitation surface. What it scaffolds, what it does not do, and where your active contribution sits.
- 2
Stage 2, Your Role in Steps 2, 4, and 5
~10 minThree steps where observation data enters the clinical pipeline. Calibrated contribution vs. interpretation, side-by-side.
- 3
Stage 3, The Boundary You Must Hold
~8 minThe Observation–Reasoning–Action doctrine inside a live meeting. Three boundary crossings to recognize and refuse.

Gateway, Ready for Assessment
~2 minA four-item readiness check before you enter the three-vignette calibration assessment.
Prerequisite
This module requires at least one domain certification from Phase 1. Your observation data only has value in this setting if it was produced by a calibrated observer.
Insight
The Co-Pilot does not run meetings. It scaffolds them. Your role inside that scaffold is specific, bounded, and consequential.
